Job Description:Field Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator

• A Competitive Basic Salary – Basic Salary up to £40,000.

Our Client based in West London requires a Field Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) / Estimator to join their team.

The successful Field Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator will be working within a growing Automotive independent vehicle assessing firm.

Our Client requires a talented and efficient Field Vehicle Damage Assessor to join their team.

Duties as a Field Vehicle Damage Assessor:

• Liaising with Bodyshop and Insurance companies
• As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you will be recording a list of damages that need to be repaired
• Providing quotations on work to be carried out
• Calculating the time required to complete the repairs
• This is a customer facing role and with support from your team, will entail estimating on various accident repair sites as well as liaising with clients to arrange a suitable time to assess the vehicle at their homes/places of work, on average covering 7 – 8 inspections per day.

The successful Field Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator will:

• Have previous working experience as a Bodyshop Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor
• Be experienced in using Audatex or Glassmatix
• A full driving licence is Essential
• An ATA qualification will aid your application to this Vehicle Damage assessor position.
