We are recruiting on behalf of our client Fibrus, Northen Ireland’s leading broadband provider. We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals to join our award-winning team. As our brand ambassador, you’ll play a pivotal role in introducing a cutting-edge hyper-speed fiber network to Northern Ireland, contributing to an infrastructure we can all be proud of. Whether you’re an experienced professional or just starting out, we provide comprehensive training and coaching both in the field and off-site.

What We Offer:
Competitive Salary: £26,000 per annum plus uncapped commission
On-Target Earnings: £45,000 per annum
Car will be provided.
Fuel Expense Coverage (where applicable)
Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday, leaving your weekends free.
Convenient Working Hours: 11 am to 8 pm
20 days of Annual Leave plus 10 paid Bank Holidays

Must have:
Potential must hold a minimum 2 years clean driving license
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door field sales, promoting our broadband products throughout Northern Ireland.
Provide comprehensive information about our product’s features and benefits (full product training provided).
Drive sales to meet or exceed your targets while maintaining professionalism and fostering strong customer relationships.
Collaborate with internal delivery teams and partners to address residents’ concerns and communicate local insights effectively.
Your profile
Qualifications:
A background in sales, preferably in door-to-door sales, within the telecoms or utilities sector is advantageous. However, we welcome all relevant sales experience.
Comfortable engaging with potential customers in a field sales role, with the ability to adapt your approach for optimal sales conversion.
Confident in handling objections and displaying tenacity.
Driven and ambitious, consistently striving to exceed targets and goals (our uncapped commission structure empowers you to control your earnings).
Proficiency in utilizing sales systems and various tools, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
