Recruit4Staff are proud to represent their client, an internationally renowned construction & civil engineering company in their search for a Fibre Optic Project Manager to join their London-based team
For the successful Fibre Optic Project Manager our client is offering:
- Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience & skillset)
- Day shifts
- Permanent role
- Company car or car allowance
- 25 days holiday + Bank holidays
- Pension with up to 8% contribution from our client
- Contractors considered on a short-term basis
The Role – Fibre Optic Project Manager
- Oversee all aspects of fiber optic installation projects, from planning to implementation and closeout
- Support (initially) client research and tender activity in this market
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Allocate resources efficiently.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to stakeholders’ satisfaction.
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Assign tasks and communicate expected deliverables.
- Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards.
- Ensure reliable and resilient technical solutions.
- Keep stakeholders informed throughout the project.
What our client is looking for in a Fibre Optic Project Manager:
- Must be an experienced Project Manager within this sector – ESSENTIAL
- Proven experience in construction project management with a focus on Fibre Optic projects
- Experienced in Pre Construction stages through to Delivery and Handover of works – ESSENTIAL
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
