The individual is tasked with assisting the farm management team to ensure the efficient operation of the Laying Farm, aimed at producing a maximum quantity of high-quality hatching eggs with optimal hatchability. They are expected to gain comprehensive knowledge of poultry within the organisation and contribute value by developing necessary skills in accordance with the competency framework. The role requires a commitment to working effectively and in alignment with the team’s objectives.
