Facilities Manager
– Commercial Facilities Management Location: Central London Salary: Up to £50,000 We’re working with one of the UK’s most respected property companies, known for their high-quality service, landmark portfolios, and excellent staff retention.
They are currently seeking a Facilities Manager to join their Commercial Facilities Management team on a Hybrid, permanent basis.
About the Role A multi-let commercial building in the City of London spans over 60,000 sq ft and includes a busy communal area with frequent visitors.
The Facilities Manager is based part-time on-site, spending three days managing daily operations and two days providing administrative support to the wider FM team.
The role requires strong organisation, time management, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Ensure high service standards and occupier engagement.
Support contractor performance and compliance checks.
Assist with procurement, budgeting, and invoices.
Maintain property records and ensure H&S compliance.
Manage tasks and documents using FM systems.
Provide admin support and helpdesk logging.
Support team absences, setups, and training.
About You We’re looking for someone with: 2 years’ FM experience with knowledge of Managing Agent duties.
Familiar with diverse property portfolios and landlord-tenant relations.
Strong H&S awareness, including fire, asbestos, and water hygiene.
Experience in soft services and basic understanding of hard services.
Skilled in contract and performance management.
IOSH Managing Safely qualified (essential); IWFM/IOSH membership (desirable).
Professional communicator with a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
