EYFS Teacher

Mr David Ansong is the Head Teacher at Furness Primary School, a rated "GOOD" primary school in Harlesden, seeking a qualified and enthusiastic class teacher for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). The school promotes a supportive learning environment that inspires children to succeed. The ideal candidate should possess a strong passion for education, thorough knowledge of the EYFS/KS1 curriculum, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to motivate young learners. The Person: 

Our ideal candidate: 

• Must have a strong passion for education.
• Must be experienced and have a strong and thorough knowledge of the EYFS/KS1 curriculum.
• Must have high expectations of behaviour and achievement.
• Must have strong and effective classroom management skills.
• Must possess the ability to work as part of a team, with a flexible attitude and a calm, organised work ethic.
• Must have experience and understanding of organising, promoting and evaluating the children’s learning.
• Must be able to deliver well planned, well considered and motivational lessons, with experience of motivating and managing young children effectively.
• Must be able to accurately record pupil progress.
• Must possess strong communication skills, appropriate to communicating effectively with staff, parents and children.
