The purpose of the role is to enhance and expand the export business through effective commercial management. The key responsibilities include overseeing daily commercial operations, ensuring profitability in pork exports, and managing customer cost agreements. Additionally, the individual is tasked with short and long-term sales forecasting to optimise carcass balance, as well as maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at the site level. Success in this role is measured by the ability to meet these responsibilities effectively.
