Chaneco are expanding rapidly and currently recruiting for a Closing Room Machinist for our busy orthopaedic footwear factory based in Callywhite Industrial Estate, Dronfield.
The role includes fitting uppers together, eye-letting, making up, under-trimming, skiving and beading as well as leather checking and grading of skins. Good hand/eye coordination is essential alongside a flexible working approach.
If you have at least one year’s experience using a sewing machine in this type of role, ideally using a post machine, please apply today with your CV and covering letter detailing your salary expectations. Salary negotiable depending on level of experience.
Our hours of work are 7.30am till 4.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 7.30am till 1.30pm on Fridays.
