Chef 25 – 30 hours per week – Broomieknowe Golf Club, Bonnyrigg
Broomieknowe Golf Club seeks an experienced, creative and enthusiastic Chef to support our two chefs to provide a high standard of food for all occasions to the members, guests and visitors to the Club.
Experience working in a kitchen environment and an excellent knowledge of best food hygiene practices is required. The preparation of food and presentation to a high quality is essential as is the ability to follow instruction.
The Perks
As Chef you can expect the following:
- Competitive rate of £15.00 per hour.
- 25-30 hour working week over 5 days.
- 28 days annual leave.
- Membership of the golf course.
Broomieknowe is a parkland golf course, founded in 1905, situated in the heart of Bonnyrigg, and has a thriving golfing and social membership. The Club constructed a new Clubhouse facility in 2021 and is now open to the public.
