Your New Role

Your responsibilities will include:
Leading all food production for an exclusive portfolio of luxury events and corporate catering
Building and inspiring high-performing kitchen teams across multiple departments
Conducting client tastings and consultations, becoming the face of culinary excellence
Developing innovative seasonal menus that showcase refined presentation and exceptional flavours
Collaborating closely with operations and client teams to ensure flawless event execution
Managing budgets, compliance, and operational standards to industry-leading levels
