We are seeking an exceptional Executive Events Chef to lead the kitchen at one of Londons most iconic renowned cultural venues. With a predominantly Monday to Friday work schedule this role offers the benefit of a great work life balance with overtime paid pro rota rate OR in Lieu
The Role

• Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring excellence in food quality, presentation, and service.
• Develop seasonal, concept-driven menus using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
• Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and impeccable hygiene standards.
• Inspire, mentor, and develop a talented brigade.
• Work closely with events and hospitality teams to create unique dining experiences.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Executive Events Chef in a high-volume, quality-driven environment frequently catering for events up to 400 covers per event
• A strong creative flair, with a passion for contemporary cuisine.
• Possess excellent leadership and people management skills to manage the team of 8 chefs, plus freelances and the @host temps
• Strong knowledge of sustainability and ethical food sourcing.
• The ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional standards.
