Kerry Robert Associates is seeking an Executive Director for a London-based hotel company, aimed at supporting its ambitious growth plans. This newly created role involves working closely with the group's shareholders and managing a portfolio of successfully trading hotels under recognised brands. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the hotel market, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and have experience in overseeing various operational aspects, including finance and hotel development. A background in finance, as well as board-level experience in the hospitality sector, is essential. The position offers a competitive salary and bonus structure.

Kerry Robert Associates is on the look-out for an Executive Director Hotels / Deputy Hotel CEO / CEO for a London based Hotel Company. This Group has impressive growth plans within the UK and outside of the country. The role is a newly created position in which you will be working closely with the shareholders of the group. The company already has a portfolio of hotels which are successfully trading under well known hotel brands.

Location- London on-site

Requirements

Must Have Skills In:

  • Understands the Hotel market well, extremely commercial, and has in depth knowledge of all well known modern Brands.
  • A natural leader, who is strategic and able to oversee a small group of Hotels.
  • Overseeing the strategy of the group (Finance/Sales/Revenue/Operations, IT & HR)
  • Managing Hotel development projects and actively being involved within all Acquisitions
  • Overseeing all loan re-financing pf the group and becoming the lead contact for all banks
  • Key Board member who is able to advise shareholders on all aspects of the groups operations
  • Overseeing and working closely with the group’s Finance leadership team.

Qualifications

  • Carries main board experience (Hotels) /Deputy CEO/ Operation director with a Finance background.
  • Ideally is a part/qualified Accountant with previous Hotel development experience
  • 5+ year Hotel/Hospitality finance experience
  • Past experience in Audit/Investment banking would be ideal
  • UK based
