Executive Chef – Casual Dining Group – 50-55k
East & South London
Job Role: Executive Chef
Salary: 50 – 55k DOE
Food Style: Pubs, Sports Bars, Pizzeria
Restaurant Size: 50 – 100 covers
Team Size: 15-20 chefs
Contracted Hours: 45
Nearest Transport: Wapping / Clapham
We are looking for an experienced and creative Executive Chef to manage and create for a small group of taverns and pizzerias across London. They have a strong following and have just opened a new site, taking them to 5 in total. The sites all have interesting fresh food menus that can need elevation and creation to suit the local demographic.
You role would be a combination of planning and admin, with new openings, trainings and menu development. The majority of the role will be hands on with the teams, focused on maintaining food standards and training.
The menus are creative, modern European and there is plenty of input for a talented executive chef to showcase their skills.
This would suit a strong executive chef or group /area chef or with a stable background, business acumen, creative flair and experience in bars and pubs.
