We now have a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. Your role, Monday Friday,on a daily basis will include leading the team in two satellite kitchens, that creates amazing food for our clients from across the world.
About you:
Youre inspired by the ingredients you work with and love to create seasonal, balanced and nutritious menus. You will have a proven kitchen management record as well as engaging communication skills. Ensuring our standards are met or exceeded, youll work with the sites teams to keep food innovation firmly on the agenda and achieve excellent GPs. You will also work with the Operations Manager to build and maintain the relationship between our companys Foodie cultures and the goals of our client. We will train you on a booking system to be able to check daily bookings for our clients and communicate it to your team.

Youll be educated to a City & Guilds 706 1 and 2, NVQ or equivalent and ideally you will hold a Food Safety qualification at Level 3 as a minimum, plus Health & Safety at Level 2. You will also have an excellent knowledge of Food Safety Management System requirements as well as COSHH within your broad range of experience gained in a variety of client sites.
