Job Title: Event Coordinator – Prestigious Event Catering Company.
Salary: £26,500 + Overtime
Location: London
Our client is a prestigious Event Catering Company based in London, who cater to high-end fashion and luxury brands. They are looking for an event coordinator to join their close-knit team to work on organising their events.
What you will get:
- Salary of £26,500 + Over time – Estimated from £3,000 – £4,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- As an Event Coordinator you will be creating projects and taking full ownership from start to finish at the highest quality.
- Building strong relationships with the Events team.
- Management of budgets on all events.
- Quoting, planning and organising the events in a smooth and efficient manner.
- Maintaining good relationships with clients, suppliers and onsite teams.
- Supporting team members as and when required.
What do we require from you?
- Experience in a similar role.
- Attention to detail and able to work under pressure.
- An eye for quality and detail.
- Confident in multi tasking and good time management.
- Well presented
- Positive outlook and enthusiastic.
- Please note – we will accept candidates who don’t have event experience but have a degree in event management
