A rapidly expanding international company is seeking a Multilingual EU Field Sales Representative to join their team. The representative will be responsible for expanding the company’s footprint in the European Union by building and maintaining relationships with customers. The representative will work closely with clients in Scandinavia and contribute to overall sales success. Responsibilities include developing an understanding of the market, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, conducting face-to-face meetings with clients, negotiating agreements, providing exceptional customer service, and staying informed about EU regulations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in field sales, excellent communication and organizational skills, and be fluent in Swedish and English.

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum plus yearly bonus

As a Multi-lingual EU Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company footprint in the European Union by building and maintaining strong relationships with their customers.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will work closely with clients in Scandinavia and
contribute to the overall sales success.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the regions.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients.
- Present and demonstrate our agricultural products and services effect
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Stay informed about EU regulations and compliance requirements related to industry.
- Meet and exceed all company sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Qualify leads and referrals.
- Undertake specific tasks and projects as directed by the Sales Director
As a person you will need the following qualities & experience:
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a B2B or agriculture-related industry.
- A good understanding of tractors and agriculture
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Fluent in Swedish & English.
