41Job Description:Estate Operations Manager –
A unique opportunity as arisen with our client based in North Cambridgeshire, to manage the Estate operations. With a mixture of retail, residential and commercial property management and farming operations, this role will be diverse and exciting time to join the business.
You will be supporting the owners in driving the business forward, helping consultant on legislation and finance and help with marketing and promotion of the Estate.
The ideal candidate will have –
– Experience and knowledge of letting residential and commercial properties.
– Finance qualification or experience of working with finance, budgeting and forecasting.
– Agricultural qualification or experience of working in agricultural operations.
– Excellent communication skills, business development and relationship management.
– Management and leadership experience.

Pay: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
