The Role: Estate Manager
Location: Birmingham – Hybrid
Salary: up to £55,000 pa DOE
Sector: Property Management – Client-side
Our fantastic client is a global law firm with over 3000+ employees and they operate in over 25 countries.To support across their impressive global footprint, we are looking for an experienced Estate Manager to join their dynamic property and projects team.

About the role:
As an Estate Manager you will report into the Director of Property & Projects and act as a team leader, managingand supporting in auditing, service charge and reconciling accounts in accordance with RICS standards.
You will work closely with the team and be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, sustainable and agile workspace whilst maximising property lease events that encourage growth.
All about you:
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team, liaising with landlords, estate management, licences and rent receivables.
You will be work collaboratively with the team who are responsible for a 750K sqft portfolio, dealing with a budget of £40m, so you will need to be confident in dealing with financial reporting into senior management.
You will come with great exposure to corporate real estate and be willing to go the extra mile to support your colleagues.
