They have built up an impressive and extremely successful business over the last several years and have won multiple industry awards! They are currently looking for an experienced Estate Agent Sales Manager who will be managing a professional team and ensuring the office runs smoothly. Alongside staff management which will involve staff training, coaching and performance reviews, you will be generating new Estate Agency business, carrying out valuations and instructing properties to market and driving the business forward. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join this leading and highly respected Estate Agent and they are offering a very competitive package.
