30Job Description:Estate Agent Part Time Sales Progressor / Conveyancer – Great Barr – Salary Negotiable dependent on experience
My client is a leading, multi branch independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the area for many years. Due to a huge growth within their Sales department, they are now looking for a Part Time Estate Agency Sales Progressor or Conveyancer to join their team in Great Barr working Part Time 2 – 3 days a week.
Within this role the Estate Agent Sales Progressor will be responsible for managing the end sales process, taking the property from offer accepted right through to exchange and completion. As an Estate Agent Sales Progressor a natural ability to problem solve, think on your feet and rapport building skills are a must.
Main Duties for the Estate Agent Sales Progressor Role:
- Processing and progressing all agreed sales through to completion
- Liaising with other estate agents, mortgage advisors and solicitors
- Providing all relevant parties with accurate updates on the progress of the sale/purchase
Essential Skills Required:
- Estate Agent Sales Progressor or Conveyancing experience is ESSENTIAL
- You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- A natural instinct for problem solving and impeccable organisation skills are essential
- A persuasive can do approach with excellent attention to detail is needed for this role along with the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse caseload
Working Hours – 2 – 3 days a week 9am – 5.30pm
