On the 18 th of July, 3pm-7pm we will be holding a Recruitment Day in Enfield!
It is an exciting time to join the service as we embed trauma informed care across the division and conduct a range of QI projects to help our learning and processes. In addition, we are invested in supporting knowledge and skills across a range of professional development opportunities including leadership, clinical supervision, personality disorder, autistic spectrum disorder and physical health.
We pride ourselves on team working and investing in ward and team cultures and practice, while also providing career progression opportunities across all disciplines. Cumbria Villa aimed at opening on 1st October 2024, will be a 15 bedded mixed gender ward. Service Users with Low Intensity needs will be supported on a Transition and Recovery Pathway from Acute/Crisis Inpatient admissions towards discharge. The ward sits within Enfield division but we provide care and treatment for service users from North central London. You will work as part of a multi disciplinary team offering a diverse range of therapeutic interventions, care and treatment.
