Main Duties: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Endoscopy Suite.
Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care during endoscopy procedures.
Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship to the Endoscopy team.
Ensure a safe environment, monitor patient care, and oversee equipment maintenance.
Collaborate closely with the Theatre Manager to maintain appropriate staffing and skill mix.
Maintain endoscope decontamination protocols and ensure full traceability compliance.
Key Requirements: Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Endoscopy, ideally with leadership exposure.
Confident leading audits and ensuring CQC compliance.
