The role involves joining a supportive team dedicated to assisting neurodivergent individuals in finding or advancing in employment. Based primarily in the office, with some outreach in Barnsley, the team engages with approximately five clients daily, primarily through face-to-face interactions. The support provided encompasses CV writing, job searching, and confidence building, which may include accompanying clients to distribute CVs. Additionally, the team assists clients who are already employed but seek guidance for career progression. All clients are neurodivergent, highlighting the team's commitment to inclusivity and tailored support.
