Shire Healthcare is seeking an Educational Psychologist to support children and young people with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs in schools across Peterborough and Cambridge. Shire Healthcare are recruiting for an *Educational* *Psychologist* to work with children and young people presenting with *SEMH *in a range of schools, across *Peterborough *and *Cambridge*.

*About the employer:*
The successful candidate will be joining a leading provider of *therapeutic care* and *education* for children and young people who present with severe *emotional* and *behavioural* needs. This can include trauma, neurodiversity, eating disorders, offending behaviour, sexual exploitation and harmful behaviour.
*Role snapshot:*
The post holder will be *working from home* and where required will be travelling to services. The successful candidate will provide reflective and supportive therapeutic practice within educational settings, including assessment, formulation and intervention work.
*Contract Type – *permanent
*Hours* – Part time, 2.5 days per week
*Salary* – £45,000 – £63,000 FTE DOE
*Experience required:*
Candidates applying will have *HCPC* registration as an *Educational Psychologist* and experience working with *children* and *young* *people* with complex emotional, behavioural/ neurodiverse needs either during doctoral training or post qualifying.
