Link3 Recruitment is seeking a talented and creative Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (permanent) required to start work in our nursery located in Southend-on-Sea.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Early Years Practitioner who is committed to providing the highest quality childcare and education for children.

Job Details:

This Early Years Practitioner role is permanent and full-time from Monday to Friday, starting as soon as possible. We require a passionate and energetic Early Years Practitioner that will innovate and raise standards as well as attainment. A good sense of humour and the ability to relate and effectively communicate with young people are essential.

To be successful in this Early Years Practitioner position, you will:

• Will hold a minimum of a level 3 in Education, Childcare, Early Years or Teaching and Learning qualification.
• Have previous experience working in a nursery setting or studying a childcare-related course,
• Have a good understanding of the EYFS Curriculum  
• Be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude.
• Have a passion for working with children.
• Provide a safe and healthy environment following safeguarding procedures.
• Innovative and resourceful teaching methods.

Essential Requirements:

As a minimum, all applicants must have:

• A minimum of level 3 in Education, Childcare, Early Years or Teaching and Learning qualification.
• Have previous experience working in a nursery setting or studying a childcare-related course.
• A positive approach to child development, managing behaviour and being passionate about your area of expertise which is evident in your teaching.
• Applicants will be subject to pre-employment checks and should hold current DBS checks registered to the update service. We can help support this if required.
