– Special Educational Needs Positions: Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 (Short-Term & Long-Term Roles) Exclusive Education is currently recruiting Early Career Teachers to join a range of supportive and welcoming primary schools across the North West this September.

Whether you’re looking to build experience in Early Years, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, we have opportunities to suit your preferences—offering both short-term supply roles and long-term placements.

These roles are ideal for any Early Career Teacher who is ready to lead a classroom and make a positive impact from day one.

You’ll be working in friendly, lively, and inclusive school settings that value creativity, commitment, and a strong passion for teaching.

To be considered for these roles as an Early Career Teacher, you must: Hold a relevant teaching qualification with QTS (e.g.

PGCE, B.Ed., BA Hons with QTS) Be eligible to work in the UK Have experience working with children (school placements included) Be able to provide two references covering the last two years, ideally from placements or child-related settings Hold a current DBS registered to the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.

Foster a positive learning environment through effective behavior management techniques.

Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development.

Assess and evaluate student performance, providing feedback and support as needed.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and share best practices.
