As a Fundraising Manager, you’ll spearhead a new Southampton regional operation, raising vital funds for *Shelter,* the UK’s leading housing and homelessness charity. Supported by our expert in-house training, recruitment, and HR teams, you’ll focus on what you do best: building, motivating, and leading top-performing fundraising teams.

* Recruiting, building, and leading door-to-door fundraising teams in your region.
* Training fundraisers to excel and monitoring their ongoing performance.
* Developing Team Leaders to drive regional success.
* Creating a positive, motivated, and collaborative team culture.
* Ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
* Managing teams of 10–20 staff, including fundraisers and Team Leaders.
