The position is commission-based, with weekly bonuses available for exceeding lead targets. Training is provided, and working hours are from 11 am to 6 pm with a 1-hour break.

Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Field Representatives for the Great British Insulation Scheme. As a representative, your primary responsibility will be to inform individuals about the government scheme, guide them through the process, and lead them to make informed decisions on home insulation. You will not be selling anything; instead, you’ll be playing a crucial role in promoting energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with individuals at their properties.
- Provide information about the Great British Insulation Scheme.
- Handle objections and effectively overturn rejections.
- Secure qualified leads for funding approval.
- Achieve weekly targets and contribute to bonus eligibility.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Motivated and goal-oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and turn it into an opportunity.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently. Once trained.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Commission Structure:
Paid per qualified lead.
Property EPC commission rates:
D: £65
E: £75
F: £85
G: £95
Weekly Targets:
20 qualified leads per week.
Weekly Bonus:
+10 leads: £150 bonus
+20 leads: £250 bonus
Example Earnings Breakdown:
Generate 2 leads a day for 5 days = 10 leads/week x 4 weeks = 40 leads/month.
Each lead with EPC D earns £65.
Base Commission:
40 leads x £65 = £2600/month.
Bonus Opportunity:
Get +10 extra lead/week = £150 bonus/week.
Total Earnings (with Bonus):
£2600 (base) + £600 (bonus) = £3200/month.
Consistent performance could mean an extra £600 on top of your monthly earnings.
Payment and Logistics:
- Self-employed and commission-based.
- Gross payments.
- Payments made once coordinator approves.
- Payment runs every two weeks.
Training:
Daily training from 9 am to 10:30 am.
Training includes what to say, how to inform people, and how to secure funding appointments.
Working Hours:
11 am to 6 pm with a 1-hour break.
Fieldwork – knocking resident doors at their properties and speaking to them.
