On-call: 1 in 4 weeks, £100/week when on-call

The Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a local supported housing charity organisation for a Senior Domestic Abuse Casework Coordinator. This role is pivotal in managing local projects and ensuring that the teams are effectively supported and supervised. You will play a critical role in maintaining high performance, meeting quality standards, and fulfilling contractual obligations. Your active presence within the local teams will be essential to drive service improvements.
With the guidance of the Service Manager, you will:
Support the operational management and line management of the local project team.
Provide consistent and supportive supervision to team members, including regular reviews and monthly supervisions.
Handle local incidents and safeguarding matters with professionalism, ensuring they are addressed, communicated, followed up, and documented appropriately.
Deliver high-quality, person-centred services to a caseload of clients, adopting a strength-based and trauma-informed approach.
Foster opportunities for client involvement within the project(s).
Main Duties:
Assist the Service Manager with the operational management of local projects.
Line manage and supervise the local project team, ensuring effective support and guidance.
Conduct regular reviews with team members, including monthly supervisions and performance development reviews (PDRs).
Manage local incidents and safeguarding issues, ensuring prompt and effective action.
Provide a caseload of clients with high-quality, person-centred services.
Encourage client involvement and participation within the projects.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Driving Licence: A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (business insurance required for roles involving travel to work).
Workload Management: Ability to effectively manage your own workload and supervise direct reports.
