Digital Learning Systems Coordinator (Part-time; 20 hours/week)

£25,000 FTE | Hybrid | Flexible hours | Based in Cambridge and Hybrid

They are looking for a Digital Learning Systems Coordinator to support and improve their Moodle-based learning platform, making sure it’s accessible, secure, and easy to use for learners and tutors alike. This is a key hands-on role supporting students from all walks of life – including home educators, adult learners, and those returning to education.

You’ll work closely with their editorial, IT, and course development teams to:

  • Set up and maintain Moodle courses, user accounts, and permissions.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide support to staff.
  • Upload and format course content, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
  • Help train colleagues and contribute to platform improvements.
  • Support their mission to make education accessible to all.
