Are you ready to lead the charge in delivering over 500 new homes across Shropshire? S T A R Housing and Cornovii Developments are seeking a dynamic, visionary Head of Development to drive regeneration, unlock council-owned sites, and champion innovative housing solutions for our communities.
Shape and deliver our ambitious development strategy and business plan.
Lead a talented team, manage multi-million-pound budgets, and ensure top-notch delivery across diverse housing projects.
Forge powerful partnerships with public and private sector stakeholders.
Drive economic regeneration, job creation, and sustainable growth.
Ensure financial viability and operational excellence for S T A R Housing and C D L.
Proven leadership in property development, regeneration, and strategic procurement.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets.
Track record of delivering cross-tenure development projects.
