The individual is responsible for maintaining up-to-date supply chain plans and overseeing the procurement of sundry items, such as crates, to support production. They ensure the efficient transportation and intake of all raw materials entering the site, as well as the smooth dispatch of finished goods off-site. Additionally, they manage the rotation and allocation of all ingredients and finished products. Furthermore, they lead the Intake and Dispatch teams, ensuring that there is adequate cover for all operations.
