Bamboo Childcare is looking for a Deputy Nursery Manager to work in an early years setting in the Warrington area of Cheshire. Job Description:Bamboo Childcare are recruiting for a Deputy Nursery Manager for an early years setting in the Warrington area of Cheshire.
This is a permanent full time position working 40 hrs per week.

In order to be considered for the role of Deputy Nursery Manager in Warrington you will need:

• A passionate and positive attitude
• Deputy, third in charge or room leader experience
• Strong understanding of the curriculum and ability to train staff in this area
• A full and relevant level 3 childcare qualification
• Knowledge and understanding of key legislation related to childcare and education
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• A positive attitude, good initiative, confident and approachable

The role of Deputy Nursery Manager will include:

• Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
• Ensuring health, safety and well-being of the children at all times
• Carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships of children and their families according to the curriculum
• Overseeing the smooth running and high quality practice.
• Leading on planning
• Supporting the manager and deputising in her absence
