We have a great opportunity for a career minded DGM to support our Western Region providing short term cover in a variety of pubs while  building skills and knowledge, working towards a permanent assignment. You must be a driver with access to independent transport and ideally living in central Devon.

• Confident with the skills and experience needed to lead and inspire a branded pub team
• Willing to work in a number of different Houses providing DGM support where required
• A driver with access to independent transport
• Knowledgeable about quality food and drink with an eye for detail

• Well presented with good business acumen and an analytical approach to problem solving
