We have a great opportunity for a career minded DGM to support our Western Region providing short term cover in a variety of pubs while building skills and knowledge, working towards a permanent assignment. You must be a driver with access to independent transport and ideally living in central Devon.

- Confident with the skills and experience needed to lead and inspire a branded pub team
- Willing to work in a number of different Houses providing DGM support where required
- A driver with access to independent transport
- Knowledgeable about quality food and drink with an eye for detail
- Able to take full responsibility for the business in the absence of the GM
- Diligent about compliance and sustainability
- Well presented with good business acumen and an analytical approach to problem solving
- Able to commit to support the GM in supporting the business and building a great team
