The Role

  • As Deputy General Manager you will support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue as if it were your own business.
  • Be business savvy and demonstrate great commercial acumen.
  • Your team will look up to you, it’s essential to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction.
  • You will be given the opportunity to train, personally develop and progress your career as the company continues to grow.

  • Must have minimum 2 years experience as a manager depending on the property being looked at

  • Strong all-round business knowledge from financials to customer satisfaction

  • Passionate about people, training, mentoring, growing a team but most importantly, loves to have fun
  • Personal License holder beneficial
