Job Summary by the Career Balance Team:
An independent NHS practice in Appleby-In-Westmorland, Cumbria is seeking an associate dentist to start as soon as possible. The role offers both permanent and locum opportunities, and full or part-time options are available. The UDA rate is £11.50, with a pro-rata target depending on the number of days worked. Any UDAs above the target will be paid at a rate of £14 per UDA. The practice is fully NHS, with no private work, and operates with Dentally Software, Rotary Endo, and Digital X-rays. Newly qualified associates are welcome to apply. All candidates must be fully qualified, GDC registered, and have an active performer number.

Both permanent and locum opportunity available
Full or part time considered (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 9-5, Fridays 9-4pm)
UDA rate £11.50
UDA Target pro-rata (ie 5 days 6000 UDAs, 4 days 4800 UDAs, 3 days 3600 UDAs, 2 days 2400 UDAs, 1 day 1200 UDAs)
£14 per UDA thereafter for each UDA above pro-rata target
50/50 lab bills
Fully NHS role, no PVT work
3 surgery practice using Dentally Software, Rotary Endo, Digital X-rays
Car parking available on side roads and limited spaces on site
The practice are happy to consider newly qualified associates
