The position offers a wage of £14.45 per hour for a 45-hour work week, operating from 07:00 to 16:45, Monday to Friday. Employees are guaranteed pay until the end of their shift, even if they finish early. Overtime and additional shifts are available, compensated at time and a half. A delivery bonus is provided for exceeding 140 drops per week, with 55p awarded for each additional drop. Furthermore, free onsite JAUPT accredited internal Driver CPC training is included, saving employees over £200.
