As a Delford Operative, the individual is responsible for monitoring and controlling the metal detector critical control point (CCP) in accordance with company policy and customer requirements. They must promptly report any quality issues or concerns to the area Line Controller, Process Controller, Operation Team Leader, or Production Manager to ensure immediate corrective action is taken. The role also emphasises the importance of effective communication, teamwork, and interaction with colleagues to maintain operational efficiency.
As a Delford Operative you will be required to monitor and control the metal detector CCP, performing checks as directed by company policy and Customer requirements.
