As a Delford Operative, the individual will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the metal detector Critical Control Point (CCP), conducting checks in accordance with company policy and customer requirements. Any quality issues or concerns must be promptly reported to the area Line Controller, Process Controller, Operation Team Leader, or Production Manager to ensure immediate corrective action is taken. The role emphasises the importance of effective communication, teamwork, and interaction with colleagues to maintain operational standards.
