The positions offer a salary between £30,000 and £35,000 per annum, with working hours of 7am to 7pm on a four days on, four days off schedule. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a seamless front-of-house service to residents and guests, creating a warm, professional, and secure environment.

• Handle daily enquiries, bookings, deliveries, and resident requests with efficiency, discretion, and attention to detail.

• Liaise confidently with high-profile residents and VIPs, providing tailored lifestyle support.

• Maintain the presentation of the reception and lobby areas to the highest standard at all times.

• Support building management with reporting, contractor coordination, and health & safety checks as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a luxury residential or high-end hospitality environment is essential.
