The successful candidate will host discovery and onboarding meetings, manage event bookings, handle support enquiries, make outbound service calls, and engage with clients through programs. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and a sense of ownership and accountability. Salary for the position ranges from £28,000 to £30,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
Host important discovery and onboarding meetings with customers by zoom.
Manage the booking of customers to our events and assist with the organisation.
Manage inbound support enquiries.
Deliver outbound service calls.
Manage the engagement of our clients through the programs.
Demonstrate ownership of the key performance of your area.
