Key Responsibilities:
Host important discovery and onboarding meetings with customers by zoom.
Manage the booking of customers to our events and assist with the organisation.
Manage inbound support enquiries.
Deliver outbound service calls.
Manage the engagement of our clients through the programs.
Demonstrate ownership of the key performance of your area.
