Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them via phone and email with software-related queries. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering clear, friendly, and effective support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from clients

  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues or escalate when needed
