Role:
Our client, a growing SaaS organisation within the NFP sector, is pursuing its search for a proactive and enthusiastic ‘Customer Success Manager’ to act as key player within its dynamic team. Equipped with experience in customer success within SaaS, the ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the NFP/charity sector, within the digital arena. In this role, the appointed candidate will be at the forefront of client relationship management, ensuring seamless onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success for its non-profit partners. Responsibilities will include nurturing relationships with clients, conducting regular check-ins to maintain client satisfaction and reduce churn, developing and executing success plans tailored to each client’s needs, all whilst identifying and pursuing opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling within existing accounts. Our client is seeking a relationship-builder that is trustworthy and capable of handling client interactions with excellence, whilst being passionate about supporting charitable causes. This is a fantastic, fully remote role within a growing and thriving organisation, whereby working collaboratively within a close-knitted team is key.
Candidate Skills Required:
– Track record of customer success/account management within SaaS/technology, ideally within the NFP sector
– Strong knowledge and understanding of the NFP/charity space
– Trustworthy, enthusiastic and proactive
