Key Tasks/Responsibilities:


  • Handle all customer inquiries with the utmost professionalism, always ensuring excellent service.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, efficiently closing support tickets.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of customer information.
  • Escalate inquiries to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Show effective team work to ensure operational performance targets are met.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries, reconciling reported stock discrepancies.
  • Schedule appointments as required.


Person Specification:


  • Experience in a customer services role or similar capacity.
  • Ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
  • Thrives on challenges and exceeds KPIs.
  • Ability to remain calm under high-stress situations.
  • A high-energy, open personality with a passion for connecting with diverse individuals.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: £26,000 – 28,000 per annum

Hours: 9AM – 5PM (weekdays only)

Holidays: 28 days

Remote working
