You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and attentive to our customer’s needs.
You are a great communicator, have exceptional attention to detail. Have an appetite to learn new skills and can use your initiative in problem solving.
Ideally you will have experience in working in a customer facing role – either face to face or over the phone. It would be advantageous to have experience in a similar call centre role.
You have a good general standard of education and are competent in Microsoft office including Excel, Word and Outlook.
If you’ve got the right attitude and personality, we’ll provide you with all the training you need to be the best you can be.
THE ROLE
You will be part of our Customer Services team which are the centre of customer interactions into the monitoring service.
We are looking for a new member to join our growing customer services team to be the key focal point for all Customer interactions into the monitoring service, including staff, managers, residents and next of kin contacts.
You will be delivering first class customer service by answering calls promptly, listening to the enquiry and responding efficiently in a courteous manner. Ensuring that precise information is taken and accurately input within the Telecare platform in line with the company’s quality procedures, and providing a high quality administration function for the Monitoring business.
Hours: 35 per week
Shift pattern: please select preferred option when applying
Monday – Friday 08:30-16:00
Monday – Friday 09:30-17:00
Monday – Friday 10:30-18:00
Salary: £21,002.80pa (£11.54ph) rising to £21,239.40 pa (£11.67ph) after successful completion of probation
Location: Hybrid – New Milton OR Chippenham Start date: 19th August 2024
You need to be able to commit to 2 weeks full time training Monday – Friday,
Week one – 08:00-14:30 Week two – 09:30-15:30.
