Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading business in their search for an Customer Service Executive to work in Newtown.

For the successful Customer Service Executive;
i. £26,000 – £28,000 per annum DOE
ii. Monday to Friday  8:15am until 5pm with an early finish on a Friday
iii. Be a part of the companies bonus scheme
iv. Permanent position

The role – Customer Service Executive:
i. Responsible for processing customer orders 
ii. Manage stock allocation and work along side the purchasing team 
iii. Provide first class customer service
iv. Ensure that clients needs are met
v. Answering queries and following up on customer feedback

What our client are looking for in their Customer Service Executive:
i. Customer Service experience (2 years) – ESSENTIAL
ii. Excellent telephone manner
iii. Great attention to detail and accuracy
iv. Excellent team player with the ability to work independently

Key skills or similar Job titles:
