Telford office based Monday Thursday / Friday 0800-1600
Hourly pay rate £12.45
Initially 1 year contract

Working within a busy, friendly and supportive team environment and for a Global electronics company, you will have responsibility for a variety of task once trained.
Job role /details
• Provide sub-contract quotes to customers
• Manage and prioritise customer orders and communicate status
• Answer customer queries and relay information
• Release Service Orders to suppliers for outsource work
• Liaise with logistics to verify order progress
• Monitor job turnaround time to ensure customer SLA is met
• Update internal system notes for individual jobs
• Generate requisitions, purchase orders and overall scheduling
• Review supplier quotes and order confirmation status to ensure orders meet customer timescale
• Ensure all daily administration is completed accurately and in the time required
To be considered for this role you MUST:
– Be able to work in a fast moving office environment
– Exceptionally focused and detail-oriented
– Understand purchasing and customer service process
– Have advanced IT skills
– Be an excellent verbal & written communicator
– Have strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
– Be able to learn quickly
