Salary – *£10.42 *per hour + a competitive commission scheme
· Full time – 37.5 hours per week

*Job Responsibilities*
* Objection handling
* Navigating around multiple systems whilst conversing with customers
* Troubleshooting equipment
* Liaising with manufacturers/repair centres
* Organising replacements, exchanges and refunds
* Answering delivery queries
* Excellent vocal and written communication
* Reaching out to current clients, addressing their concerns, and enrolling them in new packages that are tailored to their need
* You will succeed in this capacity if you pay attention to our consumers, comprehend their difficulties, outline solutions, and demonstrate the advantages of new or better products
* To maintain the satisfaction of our clients, it is crucial to fully comprehend the brand, goods, and service
