52Job Description:Ethero, a leading recruitment agency, is actively recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator position on behalf of our esteemed client in Melbourne, Derbyshire. This excellent opportunity offers a 12-week temporary role with the potential for permanent placement.

Job Details:
– Location: Melbourne, Derbyshire
– Hours: 8.30 am 5 pm, Monday to Thursday Friday 08:30 3pm (Paid till 5pm)
– Salary: £10.42+ DOE
– Holiday: 20 days per annum plus public holidays
– Start Date: ASAP

Experience:
– Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
– Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
– Driving Licence (preferred) Otherwise within a commutable distance due to location

Job Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering a professional administrative and customer service within the sales office. Key duties include: (training can be provided however computer literacy in a must)

– Receiving and processing orders using SAPMAN and Sage Line 50 software.
– Maintaining the product label software system and producing labels as needed.
– Managing electronic and paper-based document storage systems.
– Developing product knowledge to enhance customer experience.
– Ensuring compliance with work instructions, quality systems, and audit requirements.
– Collaborating with Department Managers to provide support and prepare documentation/presentations.
– Providing informative statistics from financial/production data.
– Understanding the preparation and processing of packing/shipping documents for export orders.
– Handling the preparation, sign-off, updates, and storage of Product Specification sheets.
– Performing ad hoc duties, including general housekeeping.

Skills Required:
– GCSE in English and Maths.
– High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
– Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
– Team player with relationship-building abilities.
– Planning and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
– Methodical and thorough approach to work.
– Self-motivated and independent, demonstrating task prioritization.
– Proficient in standard office IT packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Sage 50 knowledge would be advantageous.
