99Job Description:We are currently looking to recruit a temporary Customer Service to work within the transport operation on an existing clients.
What will the role involve?
As a Customer Service Operator, you will be working on a contract for a trailer.
The contract involves a 2-person home deliveries service from Wellingborough to the customer and your role will be to help oversee the smooth running of this process alongside the transport operations team.
Duties will involve booking in customer deliveries, along with answering the phone to both customers and drivers to help ensure the smooth running of the contract. We are looking for someone who can fit into a great team culture who can help improve operational measures, which in turn ensures a seamless delivery process and an exceptional customer experience.
Need to stay professional and could manage many problems and see through to completion. Need to be Microsoft literate and have used various industry systems in the past.
Transport knowledge is desirable for this position but not essential, however only candidates with prior customer service experience will be considered.
Monday – Friday
Between 08:00 – 16:00 or 09:00 – 17:00
